WHAT IS MARK THE PAGE?

Mark the Page began as a YA book box and has now expanded into a bookish marketplace where we are helping fellow artists and small businesses showcase their work on a bookish platform.

WHEN YOU DO BOOK BOXES, WHAT WILL THEY CONTAIN?

Our  boxes will contain a newly released YA novel with 4-6 high quality items related to a monthly theme along with signed bookplates and letters from the authors when they are available.

IF I'VE ALREADY BOUGHT THE BOOK BEFORE HAND, CAN I RETURN THE BOX?

Unfortunately, no. We do try and hint which book is included in the box and it is at your own risk of gaining dupclicate books.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON MY ORDER. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes it is. We will gladly give you a full refund 24 hours after you've put your order through. However, if you order includes any one time or candle box and you decide you do not want it after 1 week, you will be charged a 10% service fee. This is due to many people simply changing their minds on boxes in the past, causing confusion and complications with stock. So we do advise you to purchase our boxes with certainty.

 I RUN A SUBSCRIPTION BOX AND WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE ONE (OR MORE) OF YOUR ITEMS IN A FUTURE BOX.

I RUN A SMALL BUSINESS AND WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY ITEM IN YOUR BOX! HOW DO I GET INTO CONTACT?

We would love to hear from you! send us an email to markthepage@hotmail.com with a couple of photos and a link (if available) of your products and we'll get back to you as soon as we can! Due to the large amount of emails we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a reply back. That does not mean we're not interested! We've simply noted your interest and will get back to you as soon as we can. Please also keep in mind that samples of your product(s) may be requested.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP/ ARRIVE?

We try and ship new orers within 7 days after payment has been received. Orders will ship every monday unless stated otheriwse and excludes preorders. Arrival of orders depends on where you are situated. Domestic orders should take about a week, 2 max while international orders take up to 4 weeks.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order. You can check up on the weight by continuing into checkout. You can leave that page anytime you wish.

CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE YOUR BOXES EVERY MONTH?

We do not have a subscription available at the moment. You can only purchase our boxes as one time purchases for now.
